The next Slam Jam is upon us! On September 5th we see the return of Los Jestos to The Sound Lounge to entertain your souls! Nathan Santos and Tim Spoerer kindly invite you to join us from 7pm onwards.
There's a fantastic line-up of support acts this month too! Lauren Stewart, Jenny Lockyer, Isaac Jengwa, Owen Smith and The Riflemen all join us for an eclectic, fun-packed evening...all for just £5!

Lauren Stewart - This is her second outing at The Slam Jam, and her first time was on our maiden voyage at The Sound Lounge. She truly brought the crowd to silence with her thoughtful and meaningful lyrics that truly sum up the trials of modern life. A gorgeous folky voice combined with catchy and powerful songwriting.

Jenny Lockyer - As comedy music goes Jenny is the top of the pile. She 'seamlessly weaves punchlines into complex and whimsical musical arrangements' and is 'so funny, so clever, great timing ... and what a voice!'
Tim from Los Jestos was booking her as part of his live music nights years ago and this will be a very happy reunion bringing back some excellent memories for the Sound Lounge to enjoy for the very first time.

Isaac Jengwa - Bringing an intimate blend of indie folk and African soul — think mbira, acoustic guitar, flute, and storytelling that travels from the Savannah to the Sussex coast. It's slow music, designed to create space. No rush, no noise, just two voices, a few instruments, and room to breathe. Expect original songs, some unexpected covers, and the kind of set that stays with you long after the night ends.

Riflemen - A band who sure know how to bring a good time! Expect a full band line up bringing classic covers and sing along classics to the Sound Lounge stage! From the local Sutton area, this band are making strides on the local scene and we very much look forward to their Sound Lounge debut!
