The Steve Eggs Band

Formed over a decade ago in south London, The Steve Eggs Band have become firm favourites at the Sound Lounge and beyond. They launched their excellent Imperfect Stranger album at the venue in April 2025, the latest from a vibrant four-piece rooted in classic melodic rock.

They've performed extensively on the local live music scene, drawing frequent comparisons to the spirit of Tom Petty but with a fine original catalogue of their own.

The quartet features Steve Eggs (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Jon Kershaw (lead guitar, vocals), Mark Taylor (drums, vocals) and Peter Wass (bass, vocals).

Come and enjoy the relaxed on-stage chemistry and outstanding musicianship of a band who unfailingly get Sound Lounge audiences rocking!

The Steve Eggs Band will play a shortish acoustic set followed by a full set as the full ramming speed band!
